We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at trecbooffical@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (and photo, if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and return address.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Personal care & skincare products

Health or wellness items

Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Gift cards or downloadable products


Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trecbooffical@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed for shipment.
After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order as it might already be on its way.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.
